2026 Just for Fun Tournament
This tournament is sanctioned by Soccer Maine.
Team Check-In
Prior to your first game, all coaches must check their team in at Tournament Registration tables at Twin Brook-Tuttle Road, Twin Brook-Greely Rd or Greely Middle School, depending on the location of your team’s first game. You must bring your roster and any hardcopy waivers completed. Our registration teams will compare your roster to our list of completed electronic waivers to ensure all players have submitted waivers. If waivers have not been completed, hard copy waivers will be available to sign. Waivers for all team members must be signed and submitted prior to the start of your first game.
Player Waivers
All players participating in the Just for Fun Tournament must sign our liability waiver!
We have moved to an electronic waiver system. Please use the link below to sign the waiver for your player. The electronic waiver system will be available until 3pm Friday September 4th. After that time, hardcopy waivers must be submitted by coaches at Tournament Registration. Our Registration tables will have the waiver status for each team available for comparison to your roster. Hard copy waivers will be available at Registration for players that still need to complete them.

Waiver status updated 9-4-26 3PM – Final Update. CSC will periodically update the waiver status link leading up to the tournament. The final status update will be posted on the afternoon of Friday September 4th. At that time the hard copy waiver will be available for download.

Dates:
Saturday, September 5th & Sunday, September 6th. Each team will play all of their games on either Saturday or Sunday (not both days).
Location:
Cumberland, Maine (Greely High & Middle School and Twin Brook Recreation Area fields).
Registration:
Registration opens July 1st. Registrations are received on a first come, first served basis until we hit our team limit of 175 teams. When sharing registration information, we will use club contact information that was used for the 2025 tournament. Any teams registering after that will be placed on a waitlist. Payment is due at the time of registration.
Games Information:
Each registered team will play four games. Games are one 25 minute period. They start promptly on the half hour. Games end when the horn sounds. There is no on field warm up time. Please warm up and be ready to play at your start times.
Size:
All Divisions Non-Results Oriented
- U10 games will be 7 v 7
- U11 & U12 games will be 9 v 9
- U13 & U14 games will be 11 v 11
Tournament Overview
There are NO DOGS allowed at the event over the weekend in any location.
The use of any type of grill (gas, charcoal, etc.) is not permitted at either location on tournament weekend. Food Trucks and concessions will be at both sites.
In the case of a thunderstorm, the protocol is that players and parents return to cars, coaches report to the red shelter (Twin Brook) or the snack shack (Greely High/Middle School) and officials report to the Green Barn (Twin Brook) or the snack shack (Greely High/Middle School). No games will be played for 30 minutes following the last thunder/lightning.

Concessions including breakfast items, snacks and drinks are available at Snack Shacks at both Greely Middle School and Twin Brook. The Snack Shacks accept cash or Venmo. Food trucks are also scheduled for each location and will accept credit cards.
