FALL 2025 REGISTRATION OPENS APRIL 1ST!
Click Here to Register Your Player for the Fall 2025 Season
We are excited to transition to a new Nike uniform kit for the 2025 Fall season! All players are required to purchase a NEW uniform kit this season as part of the CSC registration process. Prior season uniforms cannot be reused, but please show your CSC pride and wear your old uniform to practice, school, the club, etc.
The CSC board is aware of the potential financial burden of unexpectedly purchasing a new uniform. Because of that, we have been able to reduce the registration cost for this season, and as always, we offer an early bird discount if registering before May 1st. Please reach out if you need financial assistance before registering your player (registrarcscme@gmail.com).

EVALUATIONS for FALL 2025
How are teams made? (Info for 2025 Fall Season)
CSC will hold evaluations for all u9, u10, u12, u13 and u14 players when there are enough players to field multiple teams. Evaluations are not a try out. They are an important tool that will help the board create appropriate teams at each age level.
At the U9 and U10 age levels, the evaluation process is used to help create balanced teams. Most of these player are new to CSC.
At the U13 – U14 age levels, the Board may choose to create teams based on numbers of players and/or player abilities in order to enhance player success. This could result in balanced teams or in skill-based teams that play at the Division 1 or Division 2 levels.
Given the number of players registering each year, the Board may determine the need to select players to play in a higher age group. This will allow for maximum participation at each age group. The Board will use information from evaluations to determine which players are eligible to play up.
Teams are recreated each year and having a spot on one team for the previous season does not guarantee playing for that team the following season.
Special requests for teams cannot necessarily be honored as new teams are selected each year.
CSC Player Commitment:
The Club operates a travel soccer program. Game opponents will be made up of other travel teams throughout the State of Maine. Players should expect that CSC practices will begin in mid-August. Typically, most teams hold two practices per week. However, at the 7th and 8th grade level, teams may practice less, due to many players participating on middle school teams. Practices may be more frequent near the end of the season as teams prepare for the end of season tournaments and festivals. League games will begin the Sunday prior to Labor Day weekend for U12-U14 and the Sunday after Labor Day for U10-U11.
All players are expected to be at weekly practices unless the absence is previously discussed with the coach. All players are expected to attend the CSC Labor Day Tournament games and the Columbus Day tournament games. All U-12, U-13 and U-14 Club teams are expected to participate in the State Challenge (Division 1) Cup at the end of the season. All U-10 and U-11 teams are expected to participate in a Year End Festival at the end of the season.
All players are expected to be at all Sunday CSC league games, as well as make-up league games. CSC coaches will work with parents and coaches to schedule additional “friendly” games (e.g., Saturday “friendlies”) in order to optimize game opportunities. Missing practices or games may result in the loss of playing time in future games.
By accepting a place on a CSC roster, players must make a commitment to the team. Absences due to conflicts between CSC games/practices and those of another sports team can result in loss of game playing time. Players, particularly those at the U-12 to U-14 levels, should understand that their selection to the CSC Division 1 team means that he/she has likely taken a roster spot from another player who would greatly value the opportunity to play. Thus, full commitment to and participation on the CSC team is imperative to the club, as well as to the player’s teammates and coaches.
